At Thomreonphronkho, we are committed to delivering high-quality printed cards that meet your expectations. Orders undergo quality inspection before shipping.

Quality Guarantee

If your order arrives with printing defects, incorrect specifications, or damage that occurred during production, we will reprint your order at no additional charge or provide a full refund. Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

What Qualifies for Reprint or Refund

We will reprint or refund orders with the following issues:

  • Significant color variations from approved proof
  • Incorrect paper type or finish
  • Cutting or trimming errors
  • Printing defects such as smudging or misalignment
  • Damage that occurred during production
  • Wrong quantity delivered

What Is Not Covered

The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for reprint or refund:

  • Minor color variations inherent to the printing process
  • Design errors present in your approved proof
  • Spelling or grammatical errors in your design
  • Damage that occurred during shipping
  • Change of mind after production has begun
  • Normal variations in paper texture or finish

Proof Approval

All orders require approval of a digital proof before printing begins. By approving the proof, you confirm that all design elements, text, colors, and specifications are correct. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return or report a quality issue:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and description of the issue
  3. Include clear photos showing the problem
  4. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. Please review your proof carefully before approval.
