If your order arrives with printing defects, incorrect specifications, or damage that occurred during production, we will reprint your order at no additional charge or provide a full refund. Quality issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

All orders require approval of a digital proof before printing begins. By approving the proof, you confirm that all design elements, text, colors, and specifications are correct. We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for replacement or refund as appropriate.
To initiate a return or report a quality issue:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Due to the custom nature of our printing services, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. Please review your proof carefully before approval.
